As we have the opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers. I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats of this bread will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I shall give for the life of this world. Therefore, since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates the body and Spirit, perfecting holiness.
